I forgot my six words. Can you reset them?

No one can. Oorvel has no server and no account, so there is nothing to reset. If you have a sealed export and remember the words for it, you can restore from that. Otherwise the vault cannot be opened.

How do I move my vault to a new iPhone?

Use phone-to-phone transfer, or restore a sealed export. Either way, run the restore-proof step on the new phone before you erase the old one.

I imported photos. Why are they still in my library?

iOS gives Oorvel a copy when you import. Delete the originals from Photos, then empty Recently Deleted, or they remain on the phone for 30 days.

Does Oorvel back up to iCloud?

Oorvel does not upload anything anywhere. If you choose to store a sealed export in iCloud Drive, it stays encrypted under your words.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases go through the App Store, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Oorvel encrypts files on the iPhone under six words the app makes for you. No account, no cloud, no recovery: lose the words and the sealed export, and nobody, its maker included, can get the files back. It does not protect an unlocked phone or a compromised one.
